DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
We certainly do. All shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page, and you'll be displayed a final amount before you pay.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?
We aim to post all orders within 3 working days, then we ask for UK customers to allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, and international customers to allow up to 28 days. Once your order has been packed up and taken to the post office you'll receive a notification email.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS?
We usually don't provide tracking numbers with orders, as we post most of our items as large letters. However, if you'd like for us to provide you with one please email us using the contact page before you place your order and we'll arrange it. Please note that this might cost a little extra.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, WHERE IS IT?
If you've received your shipping notification, waited 28 days and still not received your item then let us know and we'll do our best to chase it up. However, please note that we can provide a postal receipt but we are not liable for any lost/stolen mail, you'll have to get in touch with your local post office if you think that may be the case.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
Yes! All orders are now shipped with a returns form. Please note that discounted items are not eligible for returns/refunds.
WILL YOU SPONSOR MY BAND?
Maybe! Use the contact page to send us a link to your music (preferrably YouTube or Facebook) and we'll give you a listen and get back to you.
DO YOU HAVE SIZE CHARTS?
We don't have size charts at the moment, but if you're in doubt order a size up and chances are you'll be happy. Failing that, all our orders are now shipped with a returns form, so if you're not happy with your order then follow the instructions and send it back to us in exchange for a replacement or full refund!
WILL YOU BE RE-STOCKING THIS ITEM/SIZE?
Nope! Unfortunately we limit all our products to a certain number of prints, keep checking our Twitter though as we occasionally find leftover stock and notify everyone over there.
